Customer Service at Five Star Sheets is responsible for all Communication being delivered, and received from the Customer and Manufacturing.

  1. Daily Responsibilities
    • Print and review past due and current day backlog
    • Oversee Customer Status Updates and AM/PM Production Update.
    • Expedite/Communicate Customer’s adjustment, and priority orders
    • Update/maintain/insert orders into Kiwi schedule
    • Update AM/PM Production Meeting Minutes
    • AM/PM- Attend AM/PM Production Meeting
    • AM/PM- Check in returned product requesting credit
    • Monitor deliveries, update customers as needed
    • Volume Customer review, pull back review/communication
  2. Weekly Responsibilities
    • Thursday AM/PM- Weekend receiving request.
    • Attend Weekend commitment review meeting
  3. Ongoing Responsibilities
    • Monitor CS email during your scheduled email time.
    • Make sure any emails just sent to you are replied to in a timely manner.
    • Oversee all customer contact (make sure we are not over or under sharing information)
    • Create and maintain Customer Service weekday and weekend schedule
    • Ensure all priority items added to AM/PM/PM meeting. CSR’s are responsible for adding items, but they need to be reminded from time to time.
    • Failed orders- Push failed orders into the system
    • Calculate and check all Customer Quotes
    • Customer Holiday Hour requests
    • Maintain procedures and spreadsheets relevant to the department
    • Red Alert notification if finish time is after 7:30 pm
    • Communicate trials, new paper, new customers, orders requiring testing
  4. Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
    • Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day.
